Submitting suggestions for the continuous improvement of the internal quality system of JSU

One of the basic principles of the sustainability of the internal quality system of the University is the principle of continuous quality improvement. This principle is based on the identification of the needs and expectations of students, staff and other stakeholders. In all processes of education, creative activities and services, the University strives to improve all aspects of these activities continuously.

Submitted suggestions are dealt with by the quality assurance bodies according to Article 4 of Directive on the processes of the internal quality system of the JSU. In case of acceptance, adequate quality improvement measures will be taken. The submitter will be informed about the result of the accepted good idea, if the e-mail address is identifiable.
